You provide us with your personal or company information during your use of our websites and services, such as self-service account registration, account creation, account maintenance, company information maintenance, site creation, site sharing, site settings, and local access. Such information includes but is not limited to:

Company information: including the company name, official website address, establishment date, company address (including country/region, state/province, city, and detailed address), postal code, service scope, contact number, email address, company logo, and parent company.

Personal information: including your name, mobile phone number, email address, password, nickname, country/region, and account avatar.

Device information: including the manufacturer, model, quantity, serial number (SN), device parameters, and installation location.

Feedback or communication: the information you provide when you contact or communicate with us online, such as your questions and feedback.

1.2 Information we collect through products

When you connect energy devices (such as inverters, batteries, junction boxes, gateways, and EV chargers) to Atmoce-Cloud by yourself or with help from our partners, the energy devices will report information such as their basic information, operating data, energy production data, and energy consumption data to us. As long as they are normally connected to Atmoce-Cloud, they will keep reporting such information to us.

Basic information: including the manufacturer, model, SN, specification, and Bluetooth ID of your device.

Operating data: including the status, power, reactive power, electricity, voltage, current, frequency, temperature, alerts, parameters, time information, network information, and operating logs of your device.

Energy data: including the site status, power, and electricity level.

1.3 Other information we automatically collect

When you use our websites and services, we may collect the following access information to improve our websites and services and provide you with a better service experience. Once you log in to and use our websites and services, the system will keep collecting such information.

Information collected for access using a browser: including the IP address of the login device or router; name of the network operator; name, version, and language of the browser; name and version of the operating system (OS); screen resolution; and time zone, date, and time of the request.

Information collected for access using an application (app): including the IP address of the login device or router; name of the network operator; as well as brand, name, manufacturer, storage, memory, battery status, and screen size of the device; version and last update time of the app; core, name, and version of the OS; and time zone, date, and time of the request.

Information collected during use: including the pages you are viewing, the path between pages, time and duration of your visit on each page, access status, HTTP status code, and name and size of the HTTP request file.

Information collected through email: Our emails may contain web beacons that can help us monitor whether you have read the emails and whether you have used the URLs in the emails to visit our websites.

2. How We Use Your Data

2.1 Provide you with support and services

We collect only information that is necessary for providing you with better support and services as you ordered them and/or required them. The collection of your data thus is for the before mentioned  purposes and they will deleted at any time upon your request. The scope of use includes, but is  limited to, the following application scenarios:

  • Record your personal information to ensure that we and our partners can promptly respond and provide quality services to meet your needs;
  • If you are a partner of ours, we record your company information to ensure that we can work together to provide our customers with quality services;
  • Provide you, Atmoce, service providers, and installers with production and power consumption data of the site, as well as the operating data of energy devices, to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the site;
  • Send you notifications about matters such as system announcements, site construction, over-the-air (OTA) device upgrades, and energy reports by email, SMS, and messages;
  • Provide, manage, and improve our services, including responding to your requests, questions, and feedback;
  • Understand your needs and interests, and provide personalized recommendations for products or services that you may be interested in.

2.2 Improve our products and services

We may convert your personal information, company information, device information, device operating data, site information, site production and energy consumption data, website and service access records, and information and data we collect from other individuals into anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data by removing information that can be used to identify individuals. We may use such data to improve our products or develop new products to provide you with better services.

3. How We Use Mobile Devices

To ensure you can use the product features and services smoothly, we may ask you to give permission to access your mobile device.Only when you have given the prior written detailed permission we will proceed with your data as follows:

Location permission: When you use the map feature, you need to grant this permission to quickly identify the detailed address via GPS.

Camera permission: When you use features such as QR code scanning and photo taking, you need to grant this permission to quickly identify the related information.

Bluetooth permission: When you connect energy devices, you need to grant this permission to access and manage them after logging in via Bluetooth.

Nearby devices permission: When you search for nearby energy devices via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, you need to grant this permission to quickly discover nearby connectable energy devices.

Wi-Fi permission: When you connect energy devices and configure their network information, you need to grant this permission to facilitate network configuration.

Album permission: When you use features such as uploading avatars or site profile pictures, you need to grant this permission so that the app can access local photos and pictures.

Storage permission: When you use features such as downloading files or exporting device logs, you need to grant this permission for effective data storage.

Notification permission: When you use the Push Message feature to receive notifications, you need to grant this permission so that we can send notifications using device identifiers.

App list permission: When you use features such as map navigation and email sending, you need to grant this permission to ensure these features will work properly.

Before requesting permission, we will ask for your consent. You can choose to allow or deny the request. We will enable the relevant permissions after obtaining your authorization. You can revoke authorization for a permission at any time in the system. Doing so will prevent you from using the related features, but it will not affect your ability to use other features that do not require that permission.

  • Other websites, apps, and services: To provide you with certain features or services such as maps and fault locating, we need to access websites and services provided by our partners, integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs), and sometimes share your information with third parties. We cannot control third-party websites, mobile apps, or services, so we are not responsible for their actions. However, we will minimize the sharing of data.

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

In the event of an information security incident, we will promptly take action and notify you of the basic information and potential impact of the safety accident, the actions we have taken or will take to address it, and recommendations for steps you can take to prevent and mitigate the risks.

6.2 Retention

We will store your personal data on servers located in the region where you registered your account. To fulfill our warranty service agreement, we will store your personal and site data to ensure that you, we, and our partners have a clear understanding of the site's lifecycle status changes.

We will delete or anonymize your information when it is no longer needed. If we cannot do so in a timely manner, for example, due to storage in a backup system, we will securely retain your information until it can be deleted or anonymized when the backup system is updated.

7. How You Access and Modify Your Data

In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, as well as common practices in your country or region, we ensure that you can exercise the following rights to your information:

Access site information: You can view the basic site information, energy data of the site, and operating data of devices.

Access personal information: You can log in to our website or app and view your data in Personal Center.

Update your information: If you find that your information is missing, incomplete, or incorrect, you can promptly update, correct, or supplement it through the website or app.

Cancel your account: You can cancel your account at any time through our website or app. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with services and promptly delete your personal information. However, information stored in the backup system may not be deleted immediately. We will promptly delete or anonymize it when the backup system is updated. Please note that account cancellation is irreversible, so please proceed with caution.

Store cookies and browser history: To improve your browsing experience, we may use cookies or similar technologies to track your browsing activities over a period of time. The Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the use of all websites and services of Atmoce Holding B.V. and subsidies (hereinafter referred to as "Atmoce" or "we", "us", or "our"). 1.1 Access and services

You may access our websites and services through a browser or application (app). We provide you with services under a limited license, so that you can comprehensively learn about the operating conditions of the site and perform remote control operations as appropriate, including:

Viewing the operating data of devices: such as the operating data of inverters, batteries, EV chargers, electricity meters, and junction boxes;

Viewing statistical data: such as site overview, energy analysis, site self-inspection, and site array;

Device operations: such as upgrading devices, clearing alarms, resetting devices, and modifying network information and time information;

Site operations: such as modifying the site information, the basic site data (such as the time zone and electricity price), and the physical site array;

Notifications: To enjoy better services, you agree that we may send you notifications by email, SMS, message, or otherwise, and you agree to receive our push messages, including but not limited to promotional information or other information we think you may be interested in.

1.2 Connection and maintenance of devices

To ensure the safe and stable operation of your site and our full fulfillment of warranty commitments on energy devices, you agree to connect your energy devices to Atmoce-Cloud through the Internet, and authorize Atmoce or our partners to remotely operate your site and energy devices as appropriate.

Your authorization to Atmoce or our partners includes but is not limited to:

Viewing the operating data of devices: such as the operating data of inverters, batteries, EV chargers, electricity meters, junction boxes, and other devices, energy analysis, and site self-inspection;

Viewing statistical data: such as site overview, energy analysis, site self-inspection, and site array;

Device operations: such as exporting logs, upgrading devices, modifying parameters, clearing warnings, and searching, adding, replacing, or deleting devices. In addition, you allow Atmoce to push over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates to an energy device without your further authorization when we identify any potential problem with the energy device.

Site operations: such as creating or modifying a site, modifying the site information, modifying the basic site data (such as the time zone and electricity price), restoring site data, and modifying the physical site array;

Cloud account management: When an exception occurs on your account (e.g., you have forgotten your account or password, or your account is disabled), we can help you recover your account.

Connecting devices to the Internet is an important guarantee for the safe use of the devices. The installers/dealers must obtain the consent of the owners of the energy devices (such as inverters, batteries, EV chargers, and electricity meters) before connecting the devices to Atmoce-Cloud. If the installer/dealer connects an energy device to Atmoce-Cloud without or beyond the express consent of the device owner, you agree and undertake to indemnify Atmoce for all losses arising therefrom.

1.3 Updates to websites and services

We may introduce new features to our websites and services or modify or delete their existing features from time to time. We will promptly notify you via message, if required by law. Your continued use of any website or service after the change signifies that you agree to the modified features and comply with the Terms.

In addition, to improve your user experience, we may update our websites and services from time to time, to fix known issues. You agree to accept such automatic updates during your use of our websites and services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our websites, apps, and services are owned by Atmoce. Atmoce has the right to use and distribute such intellectual property rights. Atmoce agrees to grant to you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, and non-sublicensable right to use our websites and services solely for your internal business purposes. You agree and undertake not to directly or indirectly use any portion of our websites and services for co-branding, framework building, linking, or reselling purposes.

All text, graphics, files, videos, audios, interfaces, trademarks, logos, computer code, and other content (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, appearance, style, and arrangement of such Content, contained on our websites, apps, and services, are copyrighted by Atmoce and protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, as well as other intellectual property rights and anti-unfair competition laws.

  • Data generated by the products provided by Atmocehas been strictly checked and is continuously optimized. However, discrepancies and errors may still occur.   • We shall not be liable for the unavailability of our websites or services arising from force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, or judicial and administrative orders.
